1) Agreement

By using Alphee Eats you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2) Eligibility

• Intended for students/customers ordering from approved outlets in the app.
• Minimum age 13; under-18 users should have parental permission.
• Provide accurate registration and delivery information.

3) Service

Alphee Eats is a food-ordering platform. Outlets prepare food; we facilitate ordering, tracking, support, and COD collection coordination.

4) Orders & promotions

• Prices and availability are set by outlets and may change.
• Orders are confirmed when accepted by the outlet.
• Coupons/offers are subject to stated limits and validity.
• Images shown in the app are for reference only, and actual items may differ from the images.

5) Payments — COD only

• Cash on Delivery (COD) only; no in-app card/UPI collection.
• Pay the full payable amount shown at checkout on delivery.

6) Delivery & location

• You are responsible for a correct delivery address.
• Optional location is used only to auto-fill address fields (not continuous tracking).

7) Cancellations & issues

Contact support early to cancel. Report missing/wrong items within 10 hours of delivery. Email: support@codesao.in

8) Ratings

One rating per delivered order; cannot be edited after submit. Must be honest and respectful.

9) Permissions

• Notifications — order status (optional in device settings).
• Location — optional address auto-fill.
• Microphone — optional voice features.
• Camera/photos — support attachments or profile photo only.

10) Acceptable use

No fake orders, coupon abuse, harassment, or security attacks. Accounts may be suspended.

11) Food & outlets

Outlets are responsible for food quality and allergen information. Check menus before ordering.

12) Liability

Service provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law in India. Liability is limited as described in the full in-app Terms.

13) Account deletion

Delete via in-app Profile, codesao.in/Appeal, or email support@codesao.in. Processed within 90 days unless law requires limited retention.

14) Changes & law

Terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance. Governed by laws of India.
