1) Overview

This policy describes how Alphee Eats collects and uses personal data when you use our Android/iOS app. We do not sell your data for advertising.

2) Data we collect

• Account: name, email, phone (if provided), diet preference, profile photo.
• Delivery: saved addresses and per-order delivery snapshot.
• Orders: items, notes, prices, status, ratings, coupons.
• Location (optional): one-time GPS for address auto-fill only.
• Device: push token, app logs for security and reliability.
• Support: messages and photos you attach in support chat.

We do not collect card/UPI/bank data (COD only).

3) How we use data

• Authenticate you and deliver orders.
• Send order notifications and provide support.
• Prevent fraud and improve the service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4) Sharing

• Outlets/riders receive minimum data needed for your order.
• Hosting, email/OTP, and push providers process data on our behalf.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

5) Retention

Data is kept while your account is active. Some order records may remain after deletion for legal and dispute purposes in minimized form.

6) Deletion (90 days)

Delete your account: in-app Profile → Delete Account, or codesao.in/Appeal, or email support@codesao.in. Completed within 90 days unless law requires limited retention.

7) Permissions

• Notifications — order updates (can disable in settings).
• Location — optional address fill.
• Camera/microphone — only when you use those features.

8) Security & rights

We use reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, access controls). You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@codesao.in.

9) Children

Not directed to children under 13. Contact us to remove a child’s data.

10) Changes & contact

We may update this policy; see the “Last updated” date.
